TATA E-Nano

According to a German press report, Tata Motors, which is planning to launch the world's cheapest car - Nano - also has plans to produce an electric-drive version of the car. According to the Hamburg-based newspaper, Auto Bild, the E-Nano would be built in cooperation with the Norwegian electric car specialist, Miljoebil Grenland. The Tata Nano is aimed at the mass Indian market comprising of middle-class, and is set to go on sale during October, this year. However, industry analysts have expressed doubt whether Tata would be able to maintain the Rs.1 Lakh price tag, mainly due to the rising raw material prices. TATA Cliffrider

The exterior styling is based on the visual theme of the Tata Crossover. The door trims show a continuity of form due to the disguised central pillar, with the front door hinged at its leading edge and the rear door at its trailing edge. Back seat passengers gain access via ever-popular suicide doors. The interior boasts of an innovative ventilation system and driver-oriented instrumentation stylishly packaged in the steering column. Long beam lights mounted on the roll bar and a load-body suited to carry mountain bikes, skis or snowboards reinforce the “fun and adventure” image. TATA And ISRO collabarative project

The TATA motors, one of the leading auto manufacturing corporation in India signed a project with ISRO(Indian Space Research Organisation). The project is to manufacture a hydrogen fuel cell car. The model which might be introduced as early as 2009. This Fuel Cell technology is amid the purest vehicle technology in a world with water vapors as emissions.The contract for a pilot project to observe whether H2 can be utilized to fuel automobiles has been signed and the operation started, said Mr. G Madhavan Nair (Chairman of ISRO) that creates satellites as also their launch vehicles.Mr. G Madhavan Nair said.The planned vehicle will utilize some of ISRO’s technology of rocket fuel technology. In those models Aura is the top end model which is equipped with four power windows,center locking and defogger. The passengers are entertained by the 2-din mp3-cd system, which we can use USB's also. It is also having height adjustable driver seat, its the one of the advantages. In aqua power windows are available to the front two windows only. In Terra all the windows are manual.
